About our Drain Hose System

The hose construction comprises high tensile textile cords, an embedded steel helix wire reinforcement to prevent vacuum collapse, and an outer cover of specially formulated synthetic polymers.

The hose is supplied with a lead coated, stainless steel ballast cable to ensure that the hose exhibits no tendency to kink when submerged.

To facilitate installation and flange alignment a continuous longitudinal stripe is incorporated in the hose cover.

The hose is designed for total immersion in petroleum products and provides a relatively inexpensive alternative to the traditional steel pipe articulated drain system. The Flexible Hose is available in 3″, 4″ & 6″ N.B. Diameter Systems.

All hoses are available with a Nitrile rubber outer cover suitable for up to 70% aromatic service or Viton rubber outer cover suitable for 100% aromatic service.
